The player loads episodes.json, picks one entry at random, and automatically chooses another when playback ends.

Add your authorized MP4/HLS URLs to episodes.json.
Cloudflare-ready
Deploy this folder to Cloudflare Pages. For video delivery, use Cloudflare Stream, R2, or another host where you have permission to serve the media.
24/7 playback
The browser keeps the stream going as long as the page is open. Autoplay with sound may require one user interaction on some devices.
